The following individuals are also ineligible to use 977ap:

- 977ap employees and their close relatives
- Persons whose accounts have previously been closed

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

- To claim the bonus, the applicable conditions must be met at the time of the first deposit.
- Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

5.2 VIP Program
977ap's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers benefits ranging from weekly cashback to exclusive privileges. 977ap reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP tiers.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to betting and gaming operations on 977ap:
- Each game and betting market has specific rules that are displayed on the page for that game or section.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out option is available in certain circumstances.
- Any transaction or result caused by a technical error may be considered void at 977ap's discretion.
- If a game result contains a clear technical error, that result may be declared invalid.
- For live betting, odds may change during the event; the accepted odds are those displayed at the time the bet is placed.
6.1 Cricket Betting
The following applies to betting on international cricket events including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup:
- If a match is cancelled, bets are refunded unless specific rules state otherwise.
- In over/under markets, if the scheduled overs are not completed, settlement is made according to the applicable rules.
- The umpire's decision is final; even if the outcome changes following a review, bet settlement may be based on the original result.
6.2 Slots and Casino Games
For slots and live casino games, the rules of the game software provider apply. 977ap works with established providers to ensure fair play.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 977ap platform:
- Fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

- Betting syndicates or collusion, meaning pre-arranged coordination among multiple players
